Account information
When you create an account, we store your email address, display name and a salted password hash. Your account can also hold viewing access permissions, likes and watch history. We use this information to sign you in, protect your account and provide account features.
Viewing activity and browser storage
An essential secure session cookie supports sign-in and protects account actions. Guest likes and viewing progress stay in your browser. When you sign in, guest watch history is merged into your account. Unsynced history may remain in an account-specific browser queue and be retried when you reconnect. You can clear guest viewing data in Cookies Settings, or manage all site storage through your browser settings.
Messages to our team
When you submit feedback, we store your subject, message, account reference and submission time. Administrators can review your message and account name to investigate issues and improve the service. Feedback is not published to other viewers. Please do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Playback and operations
We record episode playback authorizations and viewing activity to operate the service. This includes a browser visitor identifier, the movie and episode, playback position, viewing time, device type, operating system, browser, IP address and recording times. When you sign in, this browser’s unclaimed viewing records are linked to your account. Signing out starts a new guest identity. Our administrators can review these records; clearing local viewing data does not delete records already stored on our server. Administrative changes are logged, and short-lived rate-limit records help prevent abuse. Our hosting and video-delivery providers process network information, including IP addresses, to deliver requests. These services may process information in countries different from your own.
Analytics
Google Analytics is enabled on public pages of shortxdrama.com and toolnauts.com. TikTok Pixel and TikTok purchase reporting are enabled only on toolnauts.com. These services measure visits, traffic sources, page views, content clicks and interactions. Google and TikTok process browser, device and network information for measurement; TikTok Pixel also supports advertising attribution. For a confirmed first purchase, our server may send TikTok the plan and value together with advertising identifiers, network information, a hashed account email when available, and a hashed account or visitor identifier. We do not send names, passwords, search text, feedback messages, card details or signed video links. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our Google tag configuration.
Cookies Settings manages local guest viewing data and does not switch analytics on or off. Your browser provides its own cookie and storage controls. Clearing browser data does not remove data already received by Google or TikTok. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its data practices and TikTok’s Privacy Policy for TikTok’s data practices.
Storage and your requests
Account and feedback records are stored in our application database. Retention depends on the record and operational needs; this site does not currently provide automatic account deletion. You can send an account, correction or deletion request through Contact us for review. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Clearing browser storage does not delete server-side account records.
Payments
Payment collection is not enabled on the current website. We do not collect card details here.
